African Americans Freedom

In my opinion I do not agree with slavery. However if we fight to free these African Americans, in return they are going to come north and steal our jobs. Also should we really risk and lose a lot of white men for the feedom of black men. I don't think that blacks should be held as slaves but i do not feel strongly enough about this to fight for their freedom. I feel it that it is unecassary and a big waste of lives.
