Lincoln is dead, he was assacinated by John Willkins Booth. I am afraid it is to late for a comeback of the south. Too bad if they were going to shoot the president they didn't do it earlyer. It may have changed the outcome of the war.
It is a tragedy though that man should have never done that. He was hiding behind a curtin when jumped out of the shadow and put a bullet through his brain.
