The Confederacy Collapse and the Union Wins the War

After 4 long years the civil war finally comes to an end.
Robert Else surrenders in front of the approximant courthouse to Ulysses S. Grant ending the war. President Lincoln wants amnesty there for the south has to ratify the 13th amendment before they are allowed to rejoin the union. The south leaders are a different story however they will decide what to do with them later. The union has been reunited and the emancipation proclamation has been singed. In this writers opinion the 4 long years were worth it.
