It was Tragic!!! Booth did it!!! Here's the story:
Lincoln went to the theater to enjoy a show. He and his wifehadspcial seats. His guards were with him BUT they were fooling around. Lincoln payed no attention to them and little did he know, he had a visitor with him,John Wilkes Booth. Booth had a firearm and he snuck up on Poor Abe and fired on the back of his head. Abe's wife reacted quickly and said, "THE PRESIDENT HAS BEEN SHOT!!!" Booth jumped out of the booth and fell hard. Witnesses said it looked like booth broke his leg. The next day, Lincoln died.
