The Confedracy could have won if they had the supplies and if England supported them like promised.one other reason they did not win is because the voulenteered soldiers as the Fedrals drafted and made men fight for there cause.Lee also did not push north again and stayed in the south and had there cities desrtoyed and proudution delayed.This is what caused the Confedracy to lose.
