Finally the smaller states get to have a say so for a change the confederate people have talked and they agreed on a new rule that each state has two representives no matter how big the state is or how much population the larger states may have bet the larger states was upset but how do they think the smaller states felt? and they even made a rule to we're only 9 out of the 13 have to vote in order for the confederacy to make a decision.i think that was fair enought and that proves no matter how small you may be to doesn't
