J.E.B. Stuart
J.E.B. Stuart was the cavalry commander of the Confederate Army. Robert E. Lee believed he was a superb leader and a fine soldier. His reports were always accurate, and Stuart was known as the "eyes and the ears of the Confederate Army." Stuart also loved to read about himself in the newspapers, which got him into trouble from time to time.
