Date published: 10/23/2002 (Richmond-AP) -- Governor Mark Warner is pondering security measures for Virginia voters on November fifth if the stealthy killer who has slain ten people is still at large. He says that doesn't include posting National Guard troops at polling places -- at least for now. Warner says he has a group of people looking at ways to make polling places more secure and other options, such as greater use of absentee balloting. He says more people may be moved inside polling places.
