Town of Chancellorsville would be a fine legacy
Town of Chancellorsville would be a fine legacy

I am writing in support of the Town of Chancellorsville development. As an 89-year-old native Virginian, born in Loudoun County, I have seen many changes, some positive and some negative. I fondly remember the days when we lived in "communities" rather than transient suburbs.
After reading about the Dogwood Development Group's plan for a real town centered on community living, I became excited about its potential impact. It would be wonderful to leave behind such a lasting legacy.
I used to travel a great deal. I wondered if there are any towns that will be used as a model. I read that Cape May, N.J., would be used. It is such a good choice! Cape May holds many fond memories for me. From its Victorian homes to its family environment, I would love to see Central Virginia have a town like this for its very own.
Again, I support the Town of Chancellorsville 100 percent.
