Date published: 4/8/2003 (Rockville-AP) -- Deliberations will resume at 9 am tomorrow in the case of the man accused of murdering and dismembering two tourists in Ocean City. Following closing arguments, it took around 45-minutes to get all the exhibits into the jury room. The panel then spent nearly four hours this afternoon weighing the fate of Benjamin Sifrit. He and wife Erika are accused of killing Martha Crutchley and Joshua Ford last Memorial Day weekend. Erika Sifrit is a graduate of mary Washington College. The judge warned jurors not to discuss the case, and to steer clear of news coverage about it. Benjamin Sifrit testified that he was asleep in his Jeep when the two were killed by his wife, and that he only helped her dispose of the bodies. Prosecutors argue there's plenty of evidence to prove he took part in the killings.
