Date published: 4/15/2003 A 17-year-old Prince William County youth has been arrested Monday for impersonating a police officer. Authorities say the teen was allegedly driving a black Acura with flashing red and blue lights. Police received a couple of complaints of being pulled over. The car was soon located. Police spokesman Officer Dennis Mangan says the driver wouldn't stop and there was a short pursuit. The car crashed and the driver ran from the scene, but was caught minutes later. Mangan says the teenager has been released to his parents pending petitions from juvenile court. His name has not been released because he is a juvenile.
