Date published: 4/28/2003 Rappahannock Regional Jail officials say an autopsy is pending in the weekend death of one of its inmates. The jail's Deputy Superintendent Tod Runyon said in a prepared statement that 23-year-old Damon Michael Kissam, began experiencing medical complications around 10:30 p.m. Friday night. The jail's medical staff administered emergency aid and the rescue squad was called. Kissam was taken to Mary Washington Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at about 11:30 p.m. According to the jail, Kissam was in jail for driving on a revoked license in Fredericksburg.
