Date published: 4/30/2003 Members of the multi-jursidictional drug task force raided a home in Woodbridge Tuesday that police say houses a suspected drug operation. Police officer Dennis Mangan says police found a quarter ounce of crack cocaine, a semiautomatic handgun, 47 bags of marijuana and cash inside the home at 15710 Tasia Lane.. Four men have been charged as a result. 31-year-old Ernest Santiago who lives at the home faces possession of marijuana and crack and multiple firearms charges. he's being held on $25,000 bond. Another resident, 31-year-old Manuel Coujoe is charged with possession of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute marijuana. He's being held on $10,000 bond. 25-year-old James Lyons of Dale City and 27-year-old Donte Lyons of Stafford are charged with one count each of possession of marijuana.
