Firms glad to take on illegals, while stiffing Americans

I must applaud the Virginia General Assembly regarding the signing of the recent bill denying driver's licenses to illegal immigrants. However, I don't support the current bill that Gov. Mark Warner is considering that would allow children of illegals in-state college tuition.
I don't think they should even be allowed to attend state or private schools as illegals. They are taking up slots that legal residents should have.
People who are affected by these laws don't see the very simple logic. These state actions are being taken against those who are in America illegally--they have no legal right to be within the borders of America. Thus, they do not have the right to any American rights, including the right to complain.
What concerns me greatly is whether or not educational institutions and departments of motor vehicles are reporting these illegal immigrants they identify to the U.S. Immigration Services. And, if so, what are they doing about it?
Illegals finally supplying legal work papers will laugh in your face when asked why they used illegal identification. I learned from my human-resources experience that companies turn a deaf ear to employees trying to work by the rules because they want the cheap labor.
Companies and illegals know how to play the game. Americans are giving away their country, and I hope Virginia is finally trying to curb this abuse of American citizens. Obviously, the federal government and many companies are not.
