Date published: 5/19/2003 A 22-year-old man is dead after a head-on collision in Prince William County. Police say the man was driving on Virginia route 234 near Lake Jackson just before 7 am when Ronald Lynn Rebarchick crossed the center line and crashed into a van carrying 52-year-old Boygan Sharma of Dumfries and his 19-year-old daughter, Latchmie. Rebarchick was pronounced dead at the scene. Sharma and his daughter were slightly injured and were taken to Prince William Hospital. Police say alcohol was probably not involved, but they believe the man may have been driving too fast.
