Champ's not the only dog in need of home Date published: 7/6/2003
In reference to all the phone calls pouring in to the Fairfax County police office to adopt the Jack Russell terrier, Champ, who was dragged by a car, there are a lot of other dogs out there who need homes who have been abused as well. The animal shelters are running over and need your help. Please, if you are one who is interested in adopting the Jack Russell terrier, consider helping another helpless dog in need.
