I am responding to the letter that criticized Stafford Board of Supervisors candidate Tom Coen for sending out the flier with information about the road construction at Ferry Road and Colebrook Road ["Pete Fields is trying to slow Stafford's fast growth," Aug. 14].
I just moved into the area and was very curious when I saw the construction start a few weeks ago. Every time we would pass the construction, my children would ask me what was going on, but I had no answers for them.
I appreciate Mr. Coen's efforts to keep the local residents affected by this work informed.
