Frustrated motorist shoots at car that cut him off. Date published: 1/6/2004 A victim of road rage is probably lucky that the other driver took out his frustration on only the victim's car and not him. Prince William Police say that the incident at 1:30 pm Monday occurred on Oakwood Drive after the 26-year-old victim had cut off another motorist to make a left turn. The victim got out of car when the second motorist pulled up and yelled at him. The suspect then pulled out a gun, turned and fired several shots into the victim's car. The white man then got in his white four-door sedan and left.
