Floyd Lowell "L.B." Gallup Jr., 52, of Dallas, Pa., formerly of Culpeper, died Monday, Dec. 29, 2003, at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. He was the son of Joan Gallup of Dallas, Pa., and the late Floyd L. Gallup Sr. He was employed by Merillat Industries in Culpeper. He is survived by his wife, Allysoun Worman Gallup; a son, F. Lowell III; and a daughter, Heidi Allysoun Ashley, all of Jacksonville, Fla.; nine brothers and sisters; and other relatives. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Lowell and Heidi's college fund, c/o Grace Chapel, 2960 Plummer Cove Road, Jacksonville, Fla. 32223; or to Navy Federal Credit Union, Box 3000, Merrifield, Va. 22119, indicating Lowell's or Heidi's account number.
