April 29 at Cosner Park
The Red Sox rallied in the fourth inning for six runs to come from behind and defeat the Cubs. The rally was led by Ben White, playing in his first game since breaking his hand earlier this spring. Jacob Balgoyen was credited with the pitching victory, and Mitchell Leippert recorded the save by getting the Cubs batter to pop out to end the game with the bases loaded.

May 1 at Marshall Park
The Red Sox were led offensively by Jacob Balgoyen and Ben White, who each had four RBI. The big Red Sox lead almost slipped away in the last two innings as Red Sox pitchers had difficulty throwing strikes with a wet baseball during a torrential spring rain. Cameron Bumgardner--who played a solid defensive game for the Red Sox at second base--came on to retire the final Braves' batters to record the save.

May 4 at Marshall Park
Suns pitcher Dakota Drain had a great win with 10 strikeouts. Drain also had help from catcher Jonathan Leboeuf when they made a great play at home for the third out in the second inning. Tanner Sabourin had a crowd-thrilling triple in the second inning with a total of six RBI. Also, Jonathan Leboeuf had two singles along with teammates Dakota Drain and Scott Garretson who each had a double.

All three goals in the game were scored in the final quarter as both teams played superbly back-and-forth on the field. Chance Nicklaus had an All-Star performance as the Bulls goalie, stopping numerous shots and positioning himself perfectly in the goal. Connor Banhase played his best as middle fullback and helped Chance stop the Thunder offensive drives. The Bulls offense got in full rhythm in the final quarter. Dawlton Wilson and Grant Gordon put a drive together that ended with the Bulls' first goal of the season. Dawlton started the drive with a steal in Bulls territory and drove down the field with speed and accuracy. Grant then received a pass in front of the goal and solidly kicked the ball into the bottom right corner of the net.

May 8 at Wilderness Elementary
Dakota Snow and Burke Swanson played super as goalies for the Bulls. Dakota played her first game in that position and she stopped a goal shot that was headed right for the net. Burke played his usual stellar game and saved several goal shots against him. Sydney Hague, playing fullback for two quarters, hustled to the ball and made some great kicks to get the ball away from the Bulls net. Chance Nicklaus scored the only Bulls goal.

The Hawks were missing six players and had no substitutes, yet showed its real competitive spirit. Hawk Joseph Webb scored both goals against the Stallions. Jonathan Hokenson played an outstanding game working the ball around the Stallions like magic. Novice Hawk goalie Chase Timmons showed what a great athlete he is and did a fantastic job. All 10 players should be very proud of for playing their personal best game ever.

Lobos Evan McCann, Jacob Tomarchio, Richard Chanin and Scott Cast made the four goals earned by Jordan Smith, Jamie Martin, Cameron Bumgardner and Jarrett Wroten easier by consistently halting the opponents progress and setting up passes for the scorers. Derek Hardy's flying corner kick in the second half and Shaun Rowe's defensive hustle helped seal the win.

Lobos Jarrett Wroten, Evan McCann and Scott Cast--in midfield cut-off positions--hustled in offense and passing technique. Jordan Smith, Abdallah Naim and Quincy Hayes pressed forward to keep the ball rolling toward the goal. Shaun Rowe, Marc Ross and Richard Chanin, in rear defense, assisted goalie Brandon Brown to secure the win.

May 6 at Thornburg Middle
The Lobos celebrated the end of season with a hard-fought undefeated sweep. The game was highlighted with head shots fired by Derek Hardy, Jacob Tomarchio, Evan McCann and Jamie Martin in smooth defensive moves. Several struggles for possession of the ball along the perimeter yielded big kicks by Quincy Hayes and Jordan Smith. Richard Lesko easily commanded the ball in midfield. Keepers Jarrett Wroten and Brandon Brown tirelessly thwarted several attempted goals by the Bombers.

Ray Clatterbuck, assisted by Lucas Constantine, scored the first goal for the Aztecs. Daniel Reynolds shot in goal number two. Defensive standout Tyler Holladay held the opposition at midfield. Matthew Randels, Tyler Reese and Chris Voytek's teamwork prevented the Tornados from maneuvering the ball.

This seventh straight win for the Aztecs was a total team effort. Tyler Miller started things off with the first goal of the game. Lukus Constantine soon followed suit. Jordan Grantz assisted by Cody Jude scored the third goal. Devontae Jackson set Daniel Reynolds up to add one more for good measure. Alex McClanahan and John Mercado had several defensive blocks each. Tyler Smirco and Tyler Holladay contributed to the win with their outstanding ball handling, passing and hustle.

May 4 at Mary Lee Carter Park
Nick Chilton scored on a powerful kick into the upper corner of the goal as the Dragons won this second consecutive game. Justin Chichester and Ryan Hauber sparked the offensive surge from their striker positions. Micah Cunningham was a dominant player in the midfield and also contributed a goal. Paul Iracane, Daniel Neubert and Colin Herlinger were outstanding on offense and defense as well.

May 8 at Freedom Middle
Tied for first place with neither team having given up a goal, Aztecs fell to the Suns. John Mercado set up Daniel Reynolds to score for the Aztecs. Chris Voytek, Ray Clatterbuck and Cody Jude's hustle and excellent defensive blocking kept the Suns at bay. Tyler Holladay, Tyler Smirco, Lukus Constantine and Tyler Reese kept the pressure on at midfield.

May 8 at Freedom Middle
Ryan Kuhns scored on a dazzling run through the defense as the Dragons notched their fourth win of the season. Michael Hockaday scored a pair of goals and Ryan Hauber also added a goal. Scott Phillips, Ethan Monk, Alex Malobicky and Ben Colley led a superb defensive effort that limited the Bobcats to a single shot on goal.

Dominique Bickham scored twice--on a free kick and with a corner kick--for the Galaxie. Brian Adams and Joseph Perteu provided strong goal keeping. Jon Brooks, Tristan Cottle and David Katz fought hard in midfield. Drew Scott, Dylan Lewis and Ryan Demoranville led the strikers. Sean Cole, Greg Rogers, Johnathan Sauceda and Derek Aylor were tough on defense.

Kevin Phillips was brilliant as goalkeeper and stopper as the Hawkeyes dropped the chance to even their record on the season. Will Livelsberger was a standout on both offense and defense. Don McCarty spearheaded a strong defensive showing in the first half. Travis Wakeman, Jacob Capra and Josh Ernest sparked several outstanding offensive attacks with timely penetration runs and passes.

Paul Neubert's superb defense led the Hawkeyes to a scoreless first-half tie. Stephanie Fredo and Zach Dalton sparked the offense with several outstanding runs and penetration passes. Lindsay McClung, Eddie Carter and Anthony Lesko also chipped in with excellent defensive support. Kwen Park turned in a superb all-around game.

Brooke Belcher, Thomas Berg, Justin Carey, Travis MacVittie, Philip McCarty, Randy Ryan, Bridget Smith and Amber Warren provided valuable assistance in offense. Bryan Johnson and Justin McDonald in goal, along with Steven Indelicato, Preston Setterlund, Jonathan Surine and David Taylor played aggressive defense, led to the shut-out for the Rowdies.

Excellent hustling was made by Elena Starks, Madalyn Amos and Emily Hunter. Balgoyen saved a last goal attempt by the Fire for the shutout.

Emily Burke led the Spartans to victory scoring two goals. Madalyn Amos scored her first goal of the season. Skylar Wilcox, Kylie McKeen and Elizabeth Balgoyen each had a goal as well. Lizzy Campbell had an assist. Alexa Campbell, Chantel Hardy and Katie Roderick played great offensively while Elena Starks and Sara McKishen were defensive standouts.

Cristal Iden scored the game winning goal. Jasmine Searcy, Jordan Mcleod, Jennifer Sposato, Jenna Rodgers, Chardonney Ware and Candice Marbaker were offensive standouts. Danielle Ware made an amazing save in the last two minutes of the game to hold the Wizards and give the Skyhawks this victory.
For the Wizards, great defense was played by Morgan Rasmussen, Samantha Azzarelly, Bryanna Smith and Caitlyn Frields. Stephanie Pfaff and Lauren Burke played well. Jessica Bishop added great support. Tiffany DuBeck gave it her all with a shot on goal in the last few seconds of the game.

Samantha Raurer scored the winning goal, her third goal of the year. Victoria Kelley, Nicole Raurer, Emily Trivino and Nicole Pope's combined efforts as goalies and their efforts on offense and defense secured the shut-out. Extraordinary efforts were given by Devan Ingle, Carley Lohr, Julia Klaczynski, Lesley Robinson, Carley Lohr, Shelby Sparks, Kristin Mills, Megan Thomas and Amanda Mullen while playing both offensive and defensive position during the game.

Skyhawks Cristal Iden scored five goals while Jordan McLeod and Tonya McClure each had a goal to bring the Skyhawks its eighth straight win, and leading it to the playoffs undefeated. Jasmine Searcy, Jenna Rodgers, Chardonney Ware, Jennifer Sposato, Candice Marbaker, Lauren Jones, Madison Kilgore, Tyra Minor, Jarhea Shumpart, Kasey Watte and Danielle Ware all were standouts.

The Sabres were off to a great start in the first quarter of this game with one goal by Ashley Berry, and a second goal by Beth Wilson with an assist by Shelsea Hurdle. Hannah Ingle scored her first goal of the season in the third quarter, and Shelsea Hurdle added two additional goals to make the final score. Theresa Livelsberger did a tremendous job in the goal box with several awesome saves. Katie Hill and Cassie Delisle did great jobs defensively.

April 28 at Chancellor Middle
Heather Schnake put the Bullets on the scoreboard in the first half, and went on to score an additional two in the second. Lindsey Goddard assisted on a close shot and put another in the back of the net near the end of the match. Several other rotating forwards took shots on goal with a lot of hard play, including Nadine Hussain, Anna Link, Jessica Martin, Katlynn Belcher, Mariah McFarlane and Tiffany Butler.

Sabres Candice Benshoff and Brooke Bates shined in this Friday night makeup game. Candice had two goals and Brooke scored her first goal of the season with an assist from Karson Rowzee. Ashley Berry and Shelsea Hurdle had one goal each. Andrea Fiorito held a strong defensive position with help from Danielle Cooper in the midfield.

Ashely Berry started the game off strong with back-to-back goals in the first quarter for the Sabres. Kimberly Anthes scored unassisted in the second quarter. Michelle Gay did a tremendous job on defense along with Andrea Fiorito.

May 1 at Mary Lee Carter Park
The Bobcats' offense maintained excellent passing, communication and teamwork throughout this game against the Cavaliers. The first goal did not come until the second quarter on an exciting play by Emily Inman. After receiving a nice touch-pass from Anja Willging, Nadia Amin knocked in the second goal. Anja Willging scored the final goal on a smart offensive play during a corner kick. Alex Ulses, Emma Smith, Denise Hodge and Kim Posey provided invaluable offensive teamwork and passing. Goalies Ashley Hayden and Chelsea White secured the win.

Heather Schnake put three more goals on the books for the Bullets. Late in the third quarter, Jessica Banko received a nice pass from Brooke Hensley, then showed off her footwork with a long dribble and a nice finish. Lindsey Goddard and Tiffany Butler teamed for some impressive passing up-top to assist Heather Schanke.

Despite an ejection in the first half and a lot of whistles throughout the match, the Bullets managed to hold on to a two-goal lead to come out on top of the Chargers. Heather Schnake scored twice with a fine assist from Jessica Banko.

Knights Kaila Wilcox, Hannah Luther, Anita Kelly and Emily Hoge each scored a goal. Celia Edenton and McKae Wilson both had an exceptional game in the midfield. Taylor DePew and Elisbeth Dickinson played well on defense to preserve the shutout.
