By now, unless you've been living under a rock, you know all about the Harry Potter series, and how awesomely cool it is.

And with the release of the film version of "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban," the series has upped itself as one of the most impressive modern sagas to hit bookshelves and theaters.

The movie had some fans worried, especially with a director change--and the change of the actor who plays Professor Dumbledore, due to the untimely death of the last actor who played Dumbledore.

But nonetheless, "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" delivers.

The movie itself centers on Harry Potter, a famous young wizard at the age of 13, who has conquered the horrible Lord Voldemort and now is faced with a new, more personal, foe--Sirius Black.

Along with trying to save an innocent hippogriff, Harry Potter's third year is chock-full of adventure and excitement.

Though missing a few facts from the book, and changing a few scenes, the movie all in all stays pretty close to the book--more so than the second movie.

However, the atmosphere of this movie has changed. It is darker and a bit more moody, with a good deal more attention to the grounds surrounding Hogwarts.

The movie also keeps its three stars--Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson--all of whom have improved both as actors and as characters in this epic story.

"Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" is beyond impressive, especially being the third in the series. Anyone who has read, seen or heard of Harry Potter should go see it and bask in the genius of the series' author, J.K. Rowling.
