Quantico will conduct an anti-terrorist protection excercise this Thursday.

Officials say you can expect delays driving on base since security measures are being tested.

To minimize delays, they say to be prepared for potential searches by having up-to date registration and insurance cards ready to hand over.

Also, make sure your car is clear of clutter especially in your trunk.

The excercise is to evaluate Quantico's ability to respond to crises under a heightened force protection level.
