Stafford Landowners say 'NO'
Stafford County landowners say no to the new land ordinance being proposed.

Landowners from the woods of White Oak to the hills of Hartwood, came out to defend what’s rightfully their own property.

The Stafford County Planning Commission held a public hearing on the new land ordinance being proposed.

The ordinance will rezone agriculture one land to rural residential, allowing cluster development on farmland.

Landowners spoke out saying the ordinance will devalue their property for future generations.

Prudential Broker John Simpson says the ordinance is does not favor the families of Stafford.

The planning commission has till April 15th to make a final recommendation to the Board of Supervisors before the ordinance is passed.
