Brock, 33, Stafford, three counts of passing bad checks, three counts of forgery, three counts of passing forged documents and three counts of obtaining money by false pretenses. Lindsey N. Brooks, 19, Stafford, embezzlement. Anissa H. Burrell, 33, King George, prescription fraud. Diane R. Cady, 42, Jay, Maine, child neglect. Mark A. Carneal, 37, Spotsylvania, possession of illegal drugs. Harry S. Carter, 35, Stafford, 15 counts of taking indecent liberties with a child, seven counts of aggravated sexual battery, four counts of sodomy and two counts of rape. Adam Ciarpello, 18, Stafford, burglary and grand larceny. Gary D. Craddock, 40, unknown address, failure to appear in court. Jonathan M. Davis, 19, unknown address, assault on a law enforcement officer, destruction of property and underage possession of alcohol. David Determan, 36, Spotsylvania, assault on a law enforcement officer and indecent exposure. Sharrieff Dixon, 27, Stafford, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute. Iyinde M. Dove, 28, Brooklyn, N.Y., failure to appear in court. Stephen M. Dunlap, 31, Stafford, driving after having been declared a habitual offender. Christopher P. Elie, 28, Woodbridge, failure to appear in court. Stephen B. Elliott, 43, Spotsylvania, failure to appear in court. Christopher Elmore, 22, Partlow, grand larceny and larceny with the intent to sell. Dianne Evans, 46, Culpeper, grand larceny. Jennifer L. Gaydish, 26, Stafford, three counts of embezzlement, eight counts of forgery and two counts of attempting to pass a forged money order. Clyde A. Hall Jr., 44, unknown address, burglary, two counts of abduction, two counts of attempted malicious wounding, two counts of destruction of property, attempted capital murder, felony hit-and-run, assault and battery, stalking and reckless driving. John W. Harris, 38, Arlington, driving after having been declared a habitual offender, driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test, improper registration and expired inspection.
