Spring Bedding Plant Sale, today, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Rappahannock Adult Activities Inc., 750 Kings Highway, Stafford County (three miles east of the Chatham Bridge on State Route 3 east). Right Plant/Right Place, today, 9:30 a.m.-noon, Kenmore Plantation and Gardens, 1201 Washington Ave., Fredericksburg. This First Saturdays in the Garden event is free and open to the public. Participants can learn survival techniques for a successful landscape. Lectures: 9:45 a.m.--"Selecting Plants for the Right Spot"; 10:30 a.m.--"Nurturing Plants"; 11:15 a.m.--"Container Gardening."
