First Friday Gallery Openings and Street Party. Openings and entertainment at area galleries and a street party with music by Spectrum in the lot beside the Fredericksburg Visitor Center, 706 Caroline St. Street party runs 6-9:30 p.m., and is $4 for adults, $3 for ages 13-20, $1 for ages 6-12, and free for those under 6. Openings take place at various Fredericksburg galleries and are free. See art exhibit listings on Page 20 for details. 540/373-1776.
