Janet O'Neal
Janet O'Neal, 70, of Stafford County died Monday, Sept. 11, 2006, at Winchester Medical Center. She was a graduate of Falls Church High School, class of 1954, and Blue Mountain College in Blue Mountain, Miss., class of 1958. She was a retired Fairfax County elementary school teacher and had volunteered at Stafford County Government Center and Mount Ararat Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12, at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13, at Mount Ararat Baptist Church, followed by burial in the church cemetery.
