CRAIG THOMAS NAYLOR: The Music Faculty Artist Series chamber music program, scheduled to take place Monday at the University of Mary Washington, will include the world premiere of works by UMW faculty members--'5 Miniatures' by David J. Long and 'Peace Dance' by Craig Thomas Naylor. Violinist Rami Kanaan, violist Johanna Beaver, cellist David Gee and pianist Lynne Mackey also will perform.

TUPAC SHAKUR: The film 'Tupac: Resurrection,' set to be shown Feb. 8 at the University of Mary Washington, will be followed by a discussion led by Cedric Rucker, dean of student life. The film- and-discussion duo are a Black History Month event. A best-selling hip-hop artist renowned for his rap music and social activism, Tupac Shakur died in September of 1996 after being wounded in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas.
