Robert Lee Carpenter, 32, Partlow, possess cocaine with intent to distribute, possess firearm while possessing cocaine. Alvin Lafayette Coleman, 30, unknown address, robbery. Jonathan Cole Cornett, 20, Spotsylvania, breaking and entering, grand larceny, conspire to commit felony, receive stolen property. Ernest Eugene Crawford, 37, Spotsylvania, felony construction fraud, obtain by false pretenses.
