Richard Stuart: The right man at the right time
I have paid attention to local politics for decades. He seems to understand our region's traffic problems. Having read his transportation plan, I have confidence that he'll do something about our congestion. He has the background of experience as a former Marine as well as serving as commonwealth's attorney. He is used to getting the job done. I think we can all I urge readers to vote
