Lanes being shifted during beltway construction. 
Date published: 11/2/2007 Traffic delays can be expected all weekend in the area of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge headed into Virginia and Maryland. Project Spokeswoman Michelle Holland says drivers should be alert. Outerloop lanes on I-95 will be shifted in Maryland between 295 and the 210 interchange. In Virginia the shift will be between the Route One interchange and Telegraph Road. The work starts Friday night and runs through Monday morning. They will be doing construction to make lanes of the beltway wider to match the new Wilson Bridge. Listen to Deirdre Blake's story
