Traffic may slow briefly tonight on Interstate 95 at Exit 104 at Carmel
Church, advised the Virginia Department of Transportation.
An oversized load will travel north on I-95 from Exit 104 around 10 p.m. The load, generators for Dominion Virginia Power, will use an emergency crossover to access I-95 south. The generators are avoiding a bridge, said Tina Bundy, VDOT spokeswoman. Virginia State Police will provide traffic control, she said. - Kelly Hannon, The Free Lance-Star
