Governor is creating force.

ROANOKE, Va. (AP) - Governor Tim Kaine is setting up a task force to assess foreclosures, review financial resources available to homeowners and review Virginia laws. The Foreclosure Task Force will then make recommendations to help homeowners before they are faced with foreclosure. Kaine says he set up the group in light of current foreclosure trends.
