Electronics being recycled in Stafford
Landfill taking working and non-working electronics.

Planning on getting some new electronics this holiday and wondering what to do with your old ones? The Stafford County Recycling and Liter Prevention Department has the answer.

The working gadgets may be taken to the Stafford Regional Landfill or the Belman Road Recycling Center. Spokeswoman Julie May says working electronics will be accepted as Good Will donations. The option for electronics that don't work, the landfill will accept those from January 24th through the 26th.

May says recycling is important because it saves room in the landfill, saves natural resources and saves money.
