1st Congressional District seat. 
Date published: 12/11/2007 Republican Rob Wittman is headed to Congress. The State Delegate easily won the 1st Congressional Seat over Democrat Phil Forgit and Independent, Lucky Narain. Wittman says he will take on the challenges of representing his vast new constituency. The special election was to replace the late Jo Ann Davis who died in October. Listen to Bill Dubensky's story.
