The North Stafford girls beat Stafford last night, 57- 51, in the first round of tournament play. Samoana Ingram led North Stafford with 18 points, 16 rebounds, and four steals. Kelly Reinwald had a big game too for North Stafford with 17 points, six rebounds, two assists and two steals. Stafford was led by Marina Fox with 24 points.
North Stafford goes on to play the winner of Colonial Forge-Mountain View Tuesday night.

Albemarle advanced past the Commonwealth semi-finals with a a win over Brooke Point. Albemarle was led by Abby Hendrix who scored 20 points, including three three pointers. For Brooke Point Chay Shegog wrapped up her high school career witha double-double 26 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocks.
Albemarle advances to face Riverbend on Tuesday.
