Paul Milde is in touch with Stafford County
When Paul Milde ran for office, it would be hard to argue that anyone used up any more shoe leather meeting with the residents of the community and the Aquia District. Two of his stated objectives when he entered Thanks to the efforts led by Mr. Milde, Stafford County has executed a purchase agreement for 1,700-plus acres--the most critical part of Crow's Nest--with at least half the price to be paid by the state rather than the county. Furthermore, Stafford County has a two-year option for the remaining 1,100-plus acres, thus preventing development of the balance of the property in the interim. Residents of Stafford have long desired the This plan includes proffers to improve transportation, cash contributions, and limitations to building heights, a major concern of the Aquia Harbour residents. Restrictions and contributions would not have been accomplished under the current zoning. Now we all can look forward to a new theater, upscale restaurants, and much more. Mr. Milde has worked diligently to achieve these objectives. It is clear that he has stayed Jo D. Knight Stafford
Milde has been pursuing a crows nest purchase as part of the team. He definately has put a lot of energy to it. Apparently the libs still are not happy which goes to show that you can never please the palestinians or the libs ...no matter what you give them.
Stafford GOP- I doubt it. Both Milde and Dudenhefer are
great members of the board. If you ever actually watch a
meeting- the two of them do not always agree. The both
seem very passionate about their issues, and it is clear that
BOTH put thought in to their decisions. What was defeated
by liberal activism- certainly not the Crows Nest purchase.
without Dudenheffer to tell him how to think and vote, he would be just another convicted fellon
the fact is that the proposal he wanted that would have benfitted the County was defeated by liberal activism- he didn't have the the ability to outwit or outmuscle to get the job done
According to the writer who gives credit solely to Milde, the fact is that the Crow's Nest parcel purchase was a total Stafford County Board of Supervisor accomplishment. The Towne Center issue was also a joint effort and not solely due to a single supervisor. Wheather or not these projects will be beneficial to Stafford residents is still to be determined. The loan will need to be paid and so far, no additional tax revenue has been received from Towne Center - So me the savings today!
