By KIM BAER Spring cleaning should have bit the dust long ago. Logically, it no longer needs to be done. Most of us don't heat our homes with wood-burning fireplaces or coal furnaces that leave black soot. Despite this, some feel the urge for a spiffier home when the spring sun comes streaming through the windows. Defying reason, these spring-fever-prone types want dust-free woodwork, de-grimed windows and un-cobwebbed corners.
