Date published: 4/22/2008 Ground is broken for the future home of the State Fair of Virginia. The Meadow Event Park in Caroline County will be the new site for the fair next year. The State Fair of Virginia Marketing Director, Jay Lugar, says the park will also be home to year-round events. Listen to Bill Dubensky's story.
