Construction of Spotsylvania County's first hospital enters the next phase. Ground was broken Wednesday on Overview Drive in Massaponax for the Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. Margaret Lewis of HCA, the medical center's parent company says they answered the call when supervisors approached them about a facility.
