Miley Cyrus is heading down the wrong path

Posing topless in a Vanity Fair magazine with nothing but a satin sheet is not the picture of innocence that Miley Cyrus hopes to convey.
This Disney Channel star is shedding her image of a "responsible role model to young girls everywhere" rather quickly. Along with the magazine spread, other inappropriate pictures have been revealed. So how does this fit in with Cyrus' whole "I do everything for Jesus" scheme? If this is what she is like at 15, then I don't even want to picture her at 21.
This road does seem a bit familiar Oh yeah! Does "Lindsay Lohan" ring any bells? It's like looking at what the future Miley Cyrus could become. I mean, in what world is it OK to have racy photos of a 15-year-old?
Cyrus needs to get a grasp on reality and stop trying to blame everyone else by claiming that somehow Vanity Fair has taken advantage of her. It was her choice, her call, and she willingly did it. So just stop with the whole "it was meant to be artistic" thing. Art is something beautiful that is to be admired--not some photo of a bare back.
Whether she wants it or not, Cyrus is someone people look up to. With fame comes responsibility, and Cyrus has absolutely no grasp of that concept. And a public apology doesn't change anything.
I'm sure that many of her 164 million viewers around the world are happy to accept her apology and will continue to support her through the Lohan phase that she is currently in. But how many times does she have to repeat a mistake before she learns from it? There are only so many second chances, and so far, she has screwed them up pretty badly.
Everywhere Cyrus goes, there are going to be rumors flying with pictures to back up them up. So far, she has claimed that she is starting fresh and turning over a new leaf. But let's see how long it takes for another batch of unsuitable underage pictures to surface on the Internet. The Disney Channel has told the young star to lie low for a few months and try to take control of the situation. So, there is nothing left to do but sit and wait to see what happens next to Miley Cyrus.
