Avon Products recently announced that Gina Carr Barrett of Fredericksburg and Glenda Fortune of Spotsylvania County have been recognized among the best sales managers in the United States and inducted into Avon's prestigious Circle of Excellence. Frito-Lay North America sales representative William Dugan of Spotsylvania County will be honored as one of PepsiCo's top sales performers worldwide with induction into the PepsiCo President's Ring of Honor. LifeCare Medical Transports announces that Etta Chambers of Spotsylvania County has been honored by the American Ambulance Association as a 2008 "Star of Life" award recipient. Chambers is a dispatcher for LifeCare at its corporate headquarters in Stafford County. Rappahannock United Way announces that leading this year's campaign is Craig Lewis of Rappahannock Electric Cooperative. His division chairs include Ed Allison, Jack Rowley, Stephen Kingsley, Brian Baker, Carrie O'Malley, Dale McClure, Don Bowler, Oliver Jones, Randy Wheeler, Rick Frank, Ron Branscome, Sabrina Johnson and Shawn Sloan.
