Richard Eddie Robertson, 71, of Spotsylvania County died in Bowling Green.
He is survived by two nieces, Mildred McCarthy and Katherine Brooks, both of Spotsylvania; two brothers, Floyd W. Robertson of Spotsylvania, with whom he lived, and Gene Robertson of Middletown; and a sister, Gloria Trowbridge of Tappahannock. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Annie Davis Robertson and Charles Robertson, and a brother, Charles Robertson Jr.
Mr. Robertson was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Fredericksburg Aerie 4123, and served his country as a proud Marine.
His remains rest at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Spotsylvania Chapel, where the family will receive friends Wednesday, Aug. 20, from 6 to 8 p.m.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, Aug. 21, at 2 p.m. in Oak Hill Cemetery.
