Date published: 11/22/2008 Jerrylean M. Banks Jerrylean Margaret Banks, 83, of Lignum peacefully departed this life on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2008, at Culpeper Regional Hospital. The wife of the late Charles F. Banks, she was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She leaves to mourn a host of relatives and very special friends, including two daughters, Louise Roberts and Rubie Mae Campbell of Lignum; and four sons, Charles F. Banks Jr. of Lignum, Herbert Daniel Banks of Lake Ridge, Eliza Banks of Stafford County and Lee Banks of Haymarket. She also is survived by two sisters, Willie Lee Wilson of Orange, N.J., and Mary Gilbert of Joppa, Md.; two daughters-in-law, Jacqueline Banks of Stafford and Claudia Banks of Haymarket; and one son-in-law, Eugene Roberts of Lignum. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, Nov. 23, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Lignum. A funeral will be held Monday, Nov. 24, at 1 p.m. at Wayland Blue Ridge Center in Rixeyville, preceded by a viewing from noon to 1 p.m. Interment will be in the church cemetery immediately following the service.
