Paul O'Neill
Paul O'Neill, 69, of Fredericksburg died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at Golden Living Center of Fredericksburg. Born in New York, he received his undergraduate and law degrees from American University in Washington, D.C. A real-estate broker, his interests included art, historic preservation and his pets. Survivors include his wife, Debra Joseph; a sister, Teri Ruddy of Alexandria; and a brother, Peter O'Neill of Canandaigua, N.Y. A memorial service will be held at a future date. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Fredericksburg Regional SPCA Humane Care Fund, 1523 Olde William St., Fredericksburg, Va. 22401. Bailey Funeral Service, Fredericksburg, is handling the arrangements.
