Catherine L. Rhine

Catherine Louise Rhine, 82, of Colonial Beach died Saturday, March 28, 2009, at Mary Washington Hospital. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Roland W. Rhine of the home; four daughters, Janice Chauncey of Colonial Beach, Judy Shell of Washington, D.C., Joan Musgrove of Colonial Beach, and Brenda Sims of Colonial Beach; her son, David W. Rhine of Colonial Beach; two sisters and five brothers; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by a daughter, Shirley Rhine.

A funeral will be held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 1 at Nash & Slaw Funeral Home, King George, with visitation taking place from 1:30 until the start of the service. Burial will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 2, in Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, Md.
