Tickets for the Fredericksburg Tour are available at the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania County visitors centers. Orange Club Tour: today, 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. "Legacies from the 1800s amid the Blue Ridge foothills with one modern twist" is sponsored by the Dolley Madison Garden Club.

Fredericksburg Tour: Tuesday, April 21, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. "Serenity and Splendor in the City" is sponsored by the Rappahannock Valley Garden Club.

"To Revive the Spirit of the Times: Restoration of the Garden and Grounds at Stratford," today, 2 p.m., Stratford Hall, 483 Great House Road, Stratford. Tree and Shrub Identification Series, Thursdays, May 7-June 11, 9-11 a.m., sponsored by Virginia Cooperative Extension The first class will be held at the Virginia Cooperative Extension-Stafford County Office, Rowser Building, 1739 Jefferson Davis Highway, Stafford. Subsequent classes will be held outdoors at the University of Mary Washington, Alum Spring Park and Chatham Manor. Learn the methods needed to identify trees and shrubs in the Fredericksburg area.
