Two lanes of Interstate 95 northbound at Massaponax Church Road to close overnight this week Date published: 5/11/2009 By Kelly Hannon Interstate lanes Two lanes of Interstate 95 northbound at the Massaponax Church Road overpass in Spotsylvania County will close at 9 p.m. tonight. The lane closures will continue until 4:30 a.m. tomorrow morning. Travelers should expect delays. VDOT workers are finishing an expansion of the overpass. The project will be completed in fall 2009. The overnight work pattern will repeat all week at the overpass on I-95 northbound. Two lanes will be closed at the same time and place tomorrow night, Wednesday night and Thursday night. Pair of DMV offices will close for two days Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles offices in Culpeper and Warrenton will be closed tomorrow and Wednesday. Officials are training staff and preparing for new driver's-license and ID-card processing systems. Customers can conduct business online at dmvnow .com or over the phone at 888/337-4782. For customers who need to conduct business in person, DMV offices in Manassas and Fredericksburg will be open tomorrow and Wednesday. --Kelly Hannon
