June 5-7: Virginia Fast Break Invitational youth basketball tournaments at Virginia Sports Complex in Ruther Glen. For boys and girls teams U10-U17. Three-game guarantee. Cost: $175 per team. June 6-7: Great Rappahannock Whitewater Canoe Race, reigstration begins 8 a.m. each day at Old Mill Park in Fredericksburg. Sprint triathlon (500-yard swim, 15-mile bike, 5,000-meter run) begins at 7 a.m. Youth triathlon (distances vary by age) starts at 10:30.
