Hard work, pride can open doors--just ask Spotsylvania workers
Just when I had almost decided my country was going down the path of ancient Rome, I read a story that gave me real hope ["Door plant revived," June 3]. Hurray for the workers at the Therma-Tru door plant! What a fabulous story! Isn't this the real American dream, that we can change our outcomes by working hard and doing our best?
